NEW position at Bo Event's expanding project management team
Job Description
The experienced talent is a person who would create and deliver innovative brand experience programs that can span through all BTL platforms. A good candidate manages a fast-paced work-flow, in a fluid atmosphere, partnering seamlessly across creative, account, suppliers, partners; while comfortable in combing research for insights, as well as presenting the work to clients.The primary responsibilities of an Event Manager are:
- Responsible for project offer development and execution according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
- Provide day-to-day client contact
- Assist in planning and executing promotions and events for clients’ business partnerships
- Manage the creative process with internal creative team, partners and client
- Develop thorough understanding of clients’ business and partnerships
- Produce industry-leading appropriate innovation-driven creative programs
- Execute strategically-relevant activations, installations that build brand equity and deliver results for clients.
- Successfully participate in the oversight of project financials in accordance with agency policy and procedure
- Negotiating with suppliers and contracting with them
- Willingness to travel and work some weekends and holidays
Skills, Requirements:
- Relevant degree
- 2+ years of appropriate professional experience
- Solid communication skills – written and verbal, experience in giving presentations
- Good command of English language
- Proven success in project management and managing multiple priorities
- Show understanding of BTL processes, responsibilities and workflow
- Demonstrate understanding of branding and brand value
- Demonstrate knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and are able to generate estimates
- Exceptional customer service and communications skills, ability to decide and to accept responsibility
- Independent, creative and complex thinking
- Resistance to stress, ability to actively and pro-actively deal with unexpected situations, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances, think “out-of-the-box”
- PC skills – excellent user (MS Office, databases).
- Driving license B and own car
